What was bad news for Mary and Joseph is very good news for theaters at Christmastime.Several box offices are turning away patrons this holiday season, prompting three local companies to extend runs of hit musicals into January. A fourth troupe that's visiting -- Chicago's Second City -- is using its holiday success to lobby for a D.C. presence year-round.
